Mr. Mpoyana Ledwaba is the founder and lead attorney of the firm. He obtained his B.Juris degree from the University of Limpopo (formerly University of the North), an LLB as well as a Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice from the University of Pretoria.
He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2001. Since his admission, he provided legal support and opinions in Administrative Law, Commercial Law, Construction Law, Copyright and Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law and governance, Labour Law, Tax Law, Magistrate and High Court litigation, Contracts and general liabilities.
He is an insolvency practitioner on the panel of the Masters of the High Courts in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Mmabatho and Grahamstown.
Mr Ledwaba also served as a lecturer in Administration of Estates, Contract Law, personal injury and RAF Law at the Practical Legal School in Pretoria and Johannesburg.
